DELIVERY INFORMATION
We aim to despatch all accepted orders within 2 working days of receipt except during peak trading periods such as Christmas where despatch may take longer due to sheer volume of transactions.We will make all reasonable endeavours to ensure your order arrives within the stated timescales on the delivery schedule however we cannot be held liable for any delays outside our control once the product has left our premises.
PAYMENTS
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit Maestro, and Laser) as well as Paypal Payments.
ORDERING
When you place an order to purchase product from us. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order details together with any payment made. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your products, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. We offer you a no quibble exchange provided that the products are returned to us complete and in a perfect condition unused, and in their original packaging. If no suitable exchange is available then we may at our discretion refund the value of the goods once the product has been returned and checked by us. Please note delivery Charges cannot be refunded.
If you wish to return any items to us, please be aware that you (the customer) are responsible for any postage costs connected to this. If the returned items do not make it back to us we will require proof of postage before a refund can be issued. Please do not return any item to us before contacting us to inform us of any return.
MAKING RETURNS
To return any products to us, pack the items in the same packaging as delivered to you and print the return address (which will feature on your delivery note).Please contact us on this number 01189774097 before any goods are returned to us
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If you place an order for delivery please ensure that you are available to receive your order or collect it from the post office. Should you be unable to collect your order and it is returned to us we will forward on any costs incurred from this re delivery.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item is damaged when you recieve your order please let us know as soon as possible and no more than 5 days of receipt. Your order, posted through Royal mail deliveries should take no more than 5 working days to arrive, and as such we will allow claims to be made 12 days after the date of purchase- not before. You must keep all original packaging for possible return to us. Should the faulty items not make it back to us we will require proof of postage.
Should an item arrive broken, please be aware that we may ask for a photograph of the damaged product, or have it returned to us (any delivery costs will be paid for by us
